Dr. James Lynch serves as chairman of IXE Healthcare Group. He is also the founder and CEO of SpineNevada Minimally Invasive Spine Institute. Dr. Lynch is actively involved in improving healthcare on the local, regional and national stage. He completed residency training at the Mayo Clinic. He went on to complete a spine fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queens Square, London, UK, followed by a spine fellowship at Mayo Clinic and an additional spine fellowship under Volker Sonntag, MD, at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. He is board-certified in neurological surgery. Dr. Lynch has 25 years of experience in complex spine surgery, cervical disorders, degenerative spine, spinal deformities, trauma, tumor infection and minimally invasive spine surgery. He performs over 600 spine surgeries per year in both hospital and outpatient center settings with particular interest in minimally invasive procedures and robotic spine surgery. Jake Hargis is a Northern Nevada native who attended the University of Nevada Reno and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Ecology. He completed a Master of Public Health in Public Health Practice from the University of Nevada Reno. Since joining the Spine Nevada team in 2017, Jake has been one of the driving forces behind the company's strategic and operational success. Prior to his current role as Vice President of Operations, Jake served as Director of Clinical and Ancillary Operations with SpineNevada. Other professional experience includes acting as Regional Director of Practice Management and business operations consultant. During this period, Jake directly oversaw clinical and business operations, business optimizations, corporate financial analysis and planning, and strategic management and direction of eight specialty physicians' practices while also providing business operation and optimization consulting for multiple other private practice physician groups. Jake provides strong leadership and accountability for the operational excellence of our business through consistent implementation of the tools and processes necessary to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Carlene Slusher is a personable senior level executive with more than 12 years of progressive experience in public and non-profit accounting, critical access hospital finance and accounting, and rural health clinic finance and accounting. Her strengths include financial operations, oversight of accounting, budget, and financial analysis and reporting, revenue cycle management, financing activities, team development, and accounts receivable management. Prior to joining SpineNevada, Carlene served as the Chief Financial Officer for Seneca Healthcare District in Chester, California. She was responsible for oversight of revenue cycle activities, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, admitting, and the health information management (HIM) department. Carlene was as well responsible for preparation of annual budgets, and operational and capital financial planning and participated in strategic planning as part of the District’s Senior Leadership Team.

Molly Caneday, MBA serves as the Director of Integrated Marketing for the IXE Healthcare Group, including SpineNevada, Vein Nevada and Swift Urgent Clinic practices. Molly is responsible for overseeing and creating strategies and content for marketing, advertising and communications, including websites, print collateral, email, social media, and other platforms. She plays a key role in the company's online presence, using best practices in content development, site design, search engine optimization, and web analytics. Molly collaborates with others to ensure that marketing and messaging in print and digital advertisements and communications are impactful and educational for B2B & B2C audiences. Prior to working for IXE Healthcare Group / Spine Nevada, Molly served in a role with Prizm Development, a nationally recognized developer of spine centers. While at Prizm, her responsibilities included referral development, marketing and recruitment efforts with private practice specialty groups and hospital spine, ortho and neuro service lines. Molly completed her bachelors degree with honors in Marketing at Oklahoma State University and earned an MBA at Baylor University.

Alex Waller is responsible for business development, physician relations, and community outreach for IXE Healthcare Group and Spine Nevada. He is an experienced and energetic professional with expertise in establishing and maintaining strong relationships. Alex is skilled at anticipating problems and enjoys collaborating with internal and external partners to develop prompt solutions and improve referral processes. He is viewed as a subject matter expert in spine, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and radiology. Prior to joining SpineNevada, Alex worked with Reno Cyberknife as a physician liaison and Sutter Health in the business development department. Alex earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Ecology at the University of Nevada, Reno.

Emil Yankov serves as operations manager for IXE Healthcare Group / SpineNevada. Within his role, Emil is actively involved in leadership of clinical support staff and ensuring safety of the healthcare facilities, in addition to other responsibilities. He’s a highly skilled professional with a focus on data and quality outcomes. Emil has over 10 years of experience in demonstrating consistent achievement of financial objectives and is also experienced in implementing operational policy and procedures. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge in maximization of workforce productivity and strategic planning. Emil is viewed as an excellent team builder, communicator and servant leader with a focus on improving overall company efficiency in order to drive revenue and improve patient and provider relations. Emil earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Nevada, Reno. He completed a Masters of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Dr. Stefan Franciosa serves as the director of the radiology department for IXE Healthcare Group. He joined the SpineNevada team in 2016. Dr. Franciosa is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Interventional Radiology. In addition, he is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Franciosa is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide range of spine and pain conditions. At SpineNevada, he works with the other specialty trained physicians in providing comprehensive and innovative care –all with the goal of helping patients return to active lifestyles. He is experienced in minimally invasive interventional procedures such as epidural spine injections, facet injections, nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation. Dr. Franciosa has extensive interest in the area of both health care economics and quality issues in the delivery of medical services. In pursuit of these interests, Dr. Franciosa engaged in a dual degree program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) attending medical school during the day and graduate business school in the evenings. He was awarded a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Rachel Lee, SHRM-CP, sHRBP serves as the Human Resources Coordinator for the IXE Healthcare group, including SpineNevada, VeinNevada, and Swift Urgent Clinic practices in Northern Nevada. She joined the organization in 2013. Rachel is a strategic and innovative Human Resources Professional who believes that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. Her specialties include talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, employee and labor relations, and employment law. In 2019, Rachel was awarded HR Professional of the Year by the Nevada Association of Employers. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University.

Rachel has earned her SHRM-CP in 2018 from the Society for Human Resources Management and has completed a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2016.

Before joining IXE Healthcare, Rachel served as an Admissions Coordinator at a local Skilled Nursing Facility, where she determined patient eligibility for Skilled Nursing and Therapy Services.

Lonna Scott serves as Business Office Manager and oversees the scheduling departments and electronic medical records for IXE Healthcare Group / SpineNevada. A native of Nevada, she joined the Spine Nevada team in 2016. As a critical link between administrative and clinical operations, she provides professionalism as a skilled leader. Lonna thrives under pressure and is an experienced problem solver. With previous experience in office management in private practice, she is familiar with process improvement, conflict resolution, and agenda algorithms. Lonna naturally grew into leadership roles through hard work and an ability to outperform expectations. Currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she will continue to expand her knowledge base and excel in the workforce.

Jen Lienti serves as the Revenue Cycle Manager for IXE Healthcare Group, including the Spine Nevada, Vein Nevada, and Swift Urgent Clinic practices. She joined the IXE team in 2021 with over 15 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, and medical practice management. She fulfills a vital role within the billing department's future growth and strategy. Before joining IXE, Jen served as senior practice manager for InnovateU MD, where she was integral in process and strategy development. Other previous experiences include serving as practice manager and lead billing specialist. Jen earned her bachelor's in Healthcare Administration at Ashford University.
